Jin Lee led the condominium conversion team for the Manhattan House, the first white brick building built and operated by New York Life continuously since the 1950’s until its sale in 2005.

Located on the Upper East Side, the property was comprised of 583 luxury units with a private garden on 2.5 acres totaling approximately 1 million square feet. It is a New York City Landmark known for its influential, mid-century modernist architecture.

Major capital improvements included window replacement, plumbing, electrical and HVAC upgrades.  The condominium marketing plan included the combination of units to create large family sized apartments. A separate retail leasing strategy included securing Lululemon as the anchor tenant, giving the athletic wear empire its first presence in NYC
