69 Mercer Street

Soho

Manhattan

1997

SoHo, once an artist district filled with galleries, has been transformed into a destination for retailers and other creative tenants.

After acquiring a long term net lease on 69 Mercer Street, the vacant SoHo loft building underwent a gut renovation that included complete structural  and mechanical upgrades.  A 1,600 sf rooftop addition, which required the approval of the Landmark Preservation Commission, completed the transformation.

69 Mercer Street is now reaping the benefits of a vibrant neighborhood with a tenant base that includes nationally and internationally recognized creative tenants, retailers and financial firms.
