333 Johnson Street

Bushwick

Brooklyn

2015

333 Johnson Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn is a joint venture project with Normandy Capital Real Estate Partners and Sciame Development.   Originally built as Lehman’s Abattoir in the late 1800’s, the 160,000 SF, 3-acre complex was initially used as a slaughterhouse and subsequently a financial printing company.  Today, the property lies at the heart of the future “Innovation District,” a transit oriented district in Bushwick known for its creative, diverse mix of businesses that is home to over 3,000 artist studios.

Light, air, incredible street frontage and significant excess development rights across 8 inter-connected buildings have positioned 333 Johnson Avenue to be at the forefront of the creative uses driving the continuing resurgence of this neighborhood.
