105 Ralph Avenue is a mixed-use building located in an emerging neighborhood of Bedford-Stuyvesant in Brooklyn.  Royalton acquired the property via a bank short sale and converted it to residential apartments targeted to millennials.  After leasing the apartments at record highs for the neighborhood, Royalton sold it shortly after stabilization.
